MS One Note...
I'm not one to recommend one software or process over another as everyone has different needs. However, if you are one to use sticky notes, notebooks, to do lists or have a ton of paperwork you need to organize, then MS One Note is for you.
It is AWESOME!! I can not only keep track of my current tasks, but I now have a data base for my client stuff that can't be beat. With a scanner and a few clicks, I can keep their contact information, contract, notes....anything. Gone are my piles of things to get too, I just scan them in and create a tab for them. I don't have to look at them now....and I can organize them for future reference.
You can paste documents, links, files and contact information with just a click. If you have a chance, try it. I believe it is part of the latest MS software package containing outlook, excel, word etc.
Good luck, you will wonder what you ever did with out it!!

Sounds like cool features. I like the scanned contract (and other docs too) idea. I'm a convert though and moved to a Mac platform a few years ago. I'm looking for a similar product that will also interface to my iPhone. I'd love to be able to pull a pdf on my phone.
